The Romagna Tech Digital Team was created to support businesses in the areas of Industry 4.0 and 5.0, with a particular focus on cybersecurity and artificial intelligence.
The help desk provides support to local companies during their digital transition, with a view to innovating processes and products. Thanks to its internal expertise and its network of contacts in the high-tech and business communities, Romagna Tech is well placed to support companies in their efforts to innovate in the digital field.
The Digital Team help desk service is structured into the following phases:
– Assessment of the company’s level of digital maturity using structured tools and survey methods.
– Identification of areas for improvement.
– Study of guidelines to resolve the problems that emerged during the analysis.
– In-depth study of specific solutions, including analysis of the required skills, stakeholders, activities to be carried out and cost estimates.
– Study and design of solutions, including mentoring services during implementation.
These services are supported by teams of specialists who are assigned according to the issues addressed and the type of company being supported. All specialists are selected from the Romagna Tech network of partners.
Together with its partners, the helpdesk organises events to raise awareness of topics of major interest for the digital transition.
